Viewer data

Who is who

TikRift is a tool a creator uses to show what happens on their own stream. The creator decides when and how to use it. TikRift acts as the tool provider and only processes this data to deliver the service the creator has enabled.

What data is used

During a stream the app receives the data TikTok shows publicly: display name or identifier, avatar, comments, likes, new follows, shares, gifts and, when available, the level shown in the LIVE. No passwords, private messages, location or contact details of viewers are requested.

What it is used for

To show alerts, rankings, goals, latest events, messages and games on the creator’s stream. It is never used for advertising or profiling, and never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

How long it is kept

Ranking and history data is kept in the creator’s account until they delete it or close their account. Temporary stream events are only kept while needed to display them.

Your rights

If you appear on a creator’s stream and want to access, correct or delete your data or object to its use, you can contact the creator and also TikRift at soporte@tikrift.com. A public profile does not mean consent to any use.
