Using the service

TikRift is a desktop app for TikTok LIVE creators, intended for people aged 18 or over. Accounts are personal and must not be shared or used to impersonate others.

Your TikTok account

You can only connect the LIVE of the TikTok account you signed in with, and you must comply with TikTok’s terms and community guidelines at all times.

Your content

You keep the rights to your content and must have the permissions needed for any sounds, images and data you use in the app.

Beta and payments

The closed beta is free and does not start any charges or subscriptions. Any future paid feature will be presented with its price and terms and will require separate acceptance.

Availability

The service may change during the beta. Keep copies of your settings. Mandatory consumer rights and guarantees are not excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time. Associated data is deleted and your overlay links are invalidated.
