Who processes your data

The data controller is MATTSINLIFE, SLU (NRT L-714801-J), Av. Meritxell, 9, 3rd floor, office 5, AD500 Andorra la Vella (Andorra), owner of TikRift. You can write to us at soporte@tikrift.com.

Data and purposes

We process your verified email or your TikTok identifier, display name, avatar and username to create your account, let you sign in and check that the LIVE you connect is your own. We store your settings, sessions and the version and date you accepted the terms. The legal basis is providing the service you request.

Login with TikTok

If you sign in with TikTok we only request the user.info.basic and user.info.profile scopes (open id, display name, avatar and username). We never post on your behalf or access private messages. You can revoke access at any time from TikTok or by signing out of TikRift.

Security and retention

Access codes expire after 10 minutes and sessions after 7 days. TikTok tokens are stored encrypted. Accounts and settings are kept until you delete them.

LIVE and viewer data

During your stream the app receives the data TikTok shows publicly (display name, avatar, comments, likes, follows, shares and gifts) to show alerts, rankings and games on your own stream. It is never used for advertising, sold or shared with third parties.

External services

Technical providers are used to send sign-in emails and receive stream events; they only receive the information needed for those functions.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from My account or by writing to soporte@tikrift.com, and object to or restrict its processing. You can lodge a complaint with the APDA (Andorra) or your competent authority.

No tracking

TikRift does not include usage analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking. This website does not use cookies.
